Ken Heldenfels, born and raised in South Texas, brings over 20 years of professional experience to the L&W team. He opened the L&W office in Austin, TX in September of 2005, after completing L&W Investigation’s case management and investigations training program. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner (ACFE) and a member of the Texas Association of Licensed Investigators (TALI). The Austin office oversees investigations for South, Central and West Texas, including Austin, San Antonio, the Rio Grand Valley, El Paso and all points in between.
Before joining the L&W team, Ken worked for a US federal agency in Eastern Europe, the Caucuses and Asia, supervising up to 130 staff and volunteers while overseeing development assistance programs. Prior to the federal government, he worked in the US and Western Europe for many years in corporate development, marketing and strategic and financial planning for Pepsi Cola International, Igloo Products Corp. and Anderson, Clayton & Co.
